Pueblo Science 

Dr. Lumibao is a member of Pueblo Science, a non-profit organization “founded by scientists and engineers whose mission is to advance science education across the world and create lasting solutions to poverty” (https://puebloscience.org). One of their programs is RISE or Rural Initiative for Science Education that trains science teachers (e.g, high school teachers) in low-resource communities, and has conducted these trainings in the Philippines, Thailand, Guyana, Jamaica, India, and Bolivia since 2018.
